Drilling Bits

Brilliant offers a full range of drilling bits, including PDC bits, roller cone bits (TCI/steel tooth), impregnated bits, core bits, and bi-center bits. PDC bits are available from 6" to 17-1/2", with steel or matrix bodies, 6–7 blades, and cutter sizes of 13 mm, 16 mm, and 19 mm, featuring stable torque, high ROP, optimized hydraulics, and anti-whirl design for long interval drilling. Roller cone bits are available from 6" to 12-1/4", with IADC codes including 215/437/517/537, offering TCI or steel tooth, sealed/open/journal bearing options, and gauge protection with TSP or hardfacing, suitable for WBM and OBM. In terms of performance, 26 bits drilled 41 wells in North Kuwait's Raudhatain and Bahra areas, setting the longest footage record with ROP 32% faster than offsets and 12% faster than the previous record; in South Kuwait's Burgan field, set the fastest ROP record for 12-1/4" bits.

Performance Motor

Brilliant offers high-performance downhole motors designed for directional and horizontal drilling, featuring stable torque, efficient power transmission, strong durability, and smooth operation, suitable for vertical, deviated, horizontal wells, and harsh downhole environments. Available in sizes 4-3/4", 6-3/4", 8", 8-1/2", and 9-5/8", with typical performance of 300–1,200 GPM flow rate, 60–250 RPM speed, 8,000–18,000 N·m output torque, 300–1,200 psi pressure drop, and maximum temperature up to 150–180°C, plus design options including adjustable/fixed bend housing, various lobe configurations, high-temperature elastomer options, and compatibility with standard string connections. In terms of performance, a single run in the Jiaoshi shale gas block drilled 3,675 ft with ROP of 32.7 ft/hr, a 37% improvement over offsets, saving 9.3 days and up to USD 150,000; in Xinjiang's hard and plastic formations, a single run drilled 7,766 ft with ROP of 20 ft/hr, a 53% increase in footage and 35% increase in ROP over offsets; maintenance-free running hours reach 300–500 hrs.

Fishing Tools

Brilliant offers multi-purpose casing scrapers and strong magnetic fishing tools for casing cleaning and ferromagnetic debris removal during completion and downhole operations. The casing scraper features both fixed and rotary functions, with sleeves doubling as non-rotating centralizers. Available in 7" and 9-5/8", with scraping ranges of 17–32 ppf and 32.3–53.5 ppf respectively, max torsion of 16,500–30,800 ft-lb, max tensile of 538,000–826,000 lb, and temperature rating of 120°C–200°C. The fishing magnets are available in bar and cylindrical types, in sizes 7" and 9-5/8", working with scrapers or brushes for efficient ferromagnetic debris removal, with total lengths of 1,986–1,998 mm and connections of NC38 and NC50.
