Pipeline Inspection Services

By partnering with China's best technical resources, Brilliant provides internationally leading in-line inspection (ILI) services for onshore and offshore pipelines worldwide, covering cleaning, geometry and deformation inspection, metal loss and crack inspection, data analysis, and pipeline integrity assessment. Key tools include the Caliper Pig, MFL Pig, MFL+TFI Pig, and autonomous crawling robot. The Caliper Pig detects dents, ovality, and minimum ID, with accuracy of ±1% OD, minimum detectable deformation of 1%, POD and POI both ≥90%, applicable to 6"–56" pipelines with minimum bend radius of 1.5D. The MFL Pig identifies internal corrosion, weld defects, and mechanical damage, with minimum detection depth of 0.10t and depth accuracy of ±0.10t, applicable to 6"–56" pipelines. The MFL+TFI Pig enhances POD and POI for crack-like, straight weld, and axial defects, applicable to 10"–56" pipelines. The robot is applicable to 12"–56" pipelines, with maximum operating pressure of 5 MPa.
