Completion Tools and Services
Full range of liner hangers, including rotary, hydraulic, inflatable, and gas-sealed packer types, along with a complete set of service tools. Liner sizes cover 4-1/2", 5", 5-1/2", 7", and 9-5/8", with casing compatibility of 7", 9-5/8", 10-3/4", and 13-3/8". Weight range is 11.6–47.0 lb/ft, setting methods include mechanical, hydraulic, rotary, and inflatable, load capacity up to 400–800 tons, working pressure up to 10,000–15,000 psi, and temperature rating up to 150–200°C, suitable for conventional, extended-reach, and high-deviation wells.

Drilling Fluids Services
High-performance water-based and oil-based drilling fluid services, covering four service models: comprehensive fluid service, on-site service, material supply, and lab and instrument services. Water-based drilling fluids have a density range of 1.4–2.2 g/cm³ and temperature resistance up to 200°C, featuring good rheology and lubricity, strong sealing ability, excellent inhibition, and environmental biodegradability, suitable for large-footage clay and shale formations, long horizontal sections, narrow density window reservoirs, and shale gas wells. Oil-based drilling fluids have an oil-water ratio of 98:2 to 60:40 and temperature stability up to 200°C, with high emulsion stability, suitable for ultra-deep wells, ultra-high temperature and high-pressure wells, high-density wells, large salt-gypsum layers, and highly water-sensitive formations.

Cementing Services
Integrated cementing services covering additives, casing hardware, equipment, and on-site support. Additives include anti-gas migration agents, fluid loss control agents, suspending agents, fiber lost circulation materials, cenospheres, expanding agents, dispersants, micro silica, silica flour, and washing fluids. Casing hardware includes float shoes, float collars, centralizers, cement heads, and plugs, available from 4-1/2" to 20", compliant with API 5CT, API 10D, and API 10F, with working pressure up to 10,000 psi and temperature rating up to 150°C. In Libya, the company operates 8 cementing trucks, 2 batch mixers, 49 auxiliary units, and 2 mobile labs. Equipment includes double-engine double-pump cement trucks (max 10,200 psi, 21.5 BPM), twin pump trailers, double-engine double-pump skids, batch mixers, air compressors, cement transfer trailers, silos, water tanks, and SERVAview software, ensuring efficient on-site cementing and data acquisition.

Sand Control Services
Advanced sand control services, covering mechanical, chemical, and compound sand control, including gravel pack, circulating gravel pack, high-rate water pack, mini-fracturing pack, and fracture pack. Services comply with API 5CT, API 11D1, API 14A, API 14L, API 19AC, and API Q1 standards. Through accurate R&G evaluation, robust reservoir and sanding risk characterization, fit-for-purpose technology selection, and full-lifecycle reliability, the services ensure long-term sand-free production. Key tools include the BR-150R packing packer (for 7" casing, setting pressure 1,100–1,700 psi, release by hydraulic and clockwise rotation >50 cycles, temperature rating ≤680°F, workload 22,000 lb) and 2-3/8"–7" PMC screens, PPS screens, wire-wrapped screens, and slotted liners. The services effectively protect pumps, tubing, and completion equipment, sustain stable production, and reduce workover and lifecycle operating costs.

Pipeline Inspection Services
By partnering with China's best technical resources, Brilliant provides internationally leading in-line inspection (ILI) services for onshore and offshore pipelines worldwide, covering cleaning, geometry and deformation inspection, metal loss and crack inspection, data analysis, and pipeline integrity assessment. Key tools include the Caliper Pig, MFL Pig, MFL+TFI Pig, and autonomous crawling robot. The Caliper Pig detects dents, ovality, and minimum ID, with accuracy of ±1% OD, minimum detectable deformation of 1%, POD and POI both ≥90%, applicable to 6"–56" pipelines with minimum bend radius of 1.5D. The MFL Pig identifies internal corrosion, weld defects, and mechanical damage, with minimum detection depth of 0.10t and depth accuracy of ±0.10t, applicable to 6"–56" pipelines. The MFL+TFI Pig enhances POD and POI for crack-like, straight weld, and axial defects, applicable to 10"–56" pipelines. The robot is applicable to 12"–56" pipelines, with maximum operating pressure of 5 MPa.
